The session, “Take Search Beyond Words: Develop a Multi-faceted Refinement Strategy to Deliver More Sales,” takes place at 1:30pm EST on Tues., February 12, at the Omni Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL.
In the session, Metz and Ryan will discuss options for facets in eCommerce search and navigation to improve website usability, including sliders and conditional facets, as well as the importance of analytics and reports that show for example, which facets generate the most revenues. Additionally, they’ll discuss current and future site search trends, including the rise of rich navigation with images and descriptions, and learning facets that automatically re-order themselves based on popularity.
